A&S Property Services - Lock Drilling - back

Lock Drilling is a last resort to gaining entry into a property and should be considered when:
-You have exhausted all other non-destructive methods of entry
-You require 'immediate entry' without damaging anything but the lock

Many so called 'locksmiths' will charge a premium for drilling a lock. Here at A & S Property Services we do not simply turn up with a drill and then charge you for the priviledge and a replacement lock as well. We are experienced locksmiths and will first attempt to open a lock using non-destructive methods. However, should there be no other option but to drill a lock A & S Property Services carry all the correct equipment for drilling a lock in order to gain entry. Once a lock has been drilled we will also make sure that the property is secured, with quality replacement locks if necessary
